Custom Made Event Carpets provides tailor-made carpet solutions for events, venues, and businesses. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and measurements listed on our website are accurate. However, due to the nature of carpet manufacturing and cutting processes, all sizes are subject to a tolerance of up to 2%. This variance is industry standard and not considered a fault.
Colour representation may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting conditions. Please request a sample where necessary.
Yarn used for binding the edges is based on available stock – we will always use the closest colour match available to us at the time of order. All of our yarn is high quality, fluff-resistant and fray-resistant. This may not always match your sample however the carpet itself will be the same.

All goods must be inspected upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details. We will review each case promptly and advise on the next steps.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before production begins. We currently accept BACS payment or card payment via phone.
Goods are subject to availability. Should we be unable to supply the goods ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
