Our Fitted Safety End Plates are discreetly installed on the underside of each short end of the carpet, remaining invisible once laid in place. Made from 2mm solid steel and shaped to fit perfectly, these plates help prevent corners from curling — particularly after carpets have been rolled for delivery or storage.
By maintaining a smooth, flat edge, our end plates ensure your carpet looks pristine for longer, preserving its professional appearance from event to event.
Pricing for Fitted Safety End Plates
Our Fitted Safety End Plates are priced at £24.00 per linear metre (plus VAT).
For example, a carpet measuring 1.20m wide would be calculated as:
1.20m (width) x 2 (ends) = 2.40m 2.40m x £24.00 = £57.60 + VAT
Please note: This pricing applies to standard straight-edged carpets and may not be suitable for some shaped or custom designs. For complex shapes, we can provide a tailored quote upon request.

Non-Slip Backing for Added Safety
Our non-slip backing is the perfect solution for carpets placed on polished floors or layered over existing carpets, helping to keep your event flooring in place.
Pre-fitted and supplied already rolled with your carpet, installation couldn’t be easier — simply unpack, roll out, and it’s ready to use. This added layer not only improves safety by reducing unwanted movement but also leaves no residue, making it ideal for temporary installations at events and venues.
Non-Slip Backing Pricing
Our Non-Slip Backing is priced at £6.95 per square metre (plus VAT).
For example, a carpet measuring 1.40m x 8m would be:
1.40m x 8m = 11.20 sq. metres 11.20 x £6.95 = £77.84 + VAT
We cut this backing to fit your carpet so typically will be slightly smaller than the carpet itself to prevent it being visible. This often lowers your price.
This pre-fitted backing is supplied ready-to-roll with your carpet, providing extra grip and stability on polished floors or over existing carpets.
Staingard Protection
While our event carpets are crafted from stain-resistant fibres, adding Staingard Protection provides an extra layer of defence. This treatment helps repel liquids and makes cleaning easier by preventing spills from being quickly absorbed into the carpet fibres.
Highly recommended for ivory white and other light-coloured carpets, Staingard helps maintain your carpet’s pristine appearance, even in high-traffic or busy event environments.
Staingard Protection Pricing Our Staingard Protection treatment is priced at £4.50 per square metre (plus VAT).
For example, a carpet measuring 1.30m x 7.00m would be:
1.30m x 7.00m = 9.10 sq. metres 9.10 x £4.50 = £40.95 + VAT
This treatment adds an extra layer of protection, helping prevent spills from being absorbed and making cleaning much easier — especially recommended for ivory white and lighter-coloured carpets.

Our Free-Wheel Carpet Trolley makes transporting large or heavy carpets effortless. Designed with a sturdy metal frame and smooth-rolling wheels, it allows you to move even oversized event carpets safely and with minimal effort.
